Received dresses after 2 weeks They didn’t fit- I contacted them immediately per the return policy and I have Followed all of the instructions including sending photos. After a solid week of communication I still have not received the return address and I am being told they will only give me 10% of the cost. They aid they tried the dresses on their model and they fit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I don’t even want to give 1 star I don’t even want to give 1 star. My daughter bought her dress for her luncheon thinking she was getting the dress on the picture but when it arrived it was not the same. I talked to customer service via email and tried to return even exchange it and there response was (Thank you for your pictures. Sorry to see that the dress is not same as you expected. But our dresses are all hand-sewn and there could be slight difference with the pictures on our website. Best wishes, Flora )
