My husband's phone (that had been damaged),while mine was not, was awarded nearly double the price. Otherwise, the process is very straightforward and easy to use.

GBI was still happy with the 15.00… I was still happy with the 15.00 payment amount with the phone, but it started at 38.00 and the picture they sent me to show "burn" on the screen to me looked like just the screen of the phone. , which of course lowered the payment to 15.00.
