GBWhile the process was quite simple and… While the process was quite simple and easy, I was disappointed that my iPhone 6 was deemed to be worth half the price I expected. My husband's phone (that had been damaged),while mine was not, was awarded nearly double the price. Otherwise, the process is very straightforward and easy to use.
