GBThis company is totally corrupt This company is totally corrupt. I don’t know when it happened but…read all the other reviews. Same thing happened to me. I even went one step further and turned off my auto renewal. They billed me anyways. I called immediately and they told me NO refund. I will go out of my way to let everyone know. Total scam.

GBI registered for the early pricing last… I regustered for the early pricing last May,2022 and i needed to cancel it due to important stuff at work. I have inform then and told me that the refund will be process 5-10 days. Its been 15 days passed and still did not able to hear anything form them. I tried to call and call and call. A sore for my ears to wait for them to pick up the phone. My fingers is sore pressing the contact number. I also sent an email to follow up but no one reply. Will you please fix your customer service.

GBIdeaFit scams instructors and has… IdeaFit scams instructors and has horrible customer service. In 2021 my boss at my gym asked me to register for the online virtual(and useless) convention. What I didn't realize at the time was that it was an Auto-renewal. Shame on me I know but that is how they get their money.Flash forward to this year and I received an email confirming my $199 "order". Not only wouldn't the customer service person refund me or let me speak to their supervisor as it is against their policy. She also wouldn't remove me from the auto-renewal subscription. I had to do it myself.
