Update 7/7/20 I have no idea what is going on. I got an email saying my order was cancelled, though I didn’t cancel it. The website is down, the phone number is disconnected. What happened to this merchant? I don’t have a refund for the $330 I paid for a Switch. Definitely a scam. UPDATE 7/7/20. I received a refund on my credit card account for $320, which is $10 less than I paid, but at least it's a refund. I just read the company's response. The lack of communication during this entire thing is concerning. While I appreciate that they had issues with their supplier and their website provider, they needed to communicate that to their customers rather than just cancelling the orders with no explanation. Also, I'm still short $10. Overall, the experience was frustrating, but I'll raise my rating by one star.

I ordered a nintendo switch order was… I ordered a nintendo switch order was canceled no refund I reported them but the email comes back as not a valid address. No phone numbers listed for this company. They are scammers.they say refund in 3 business day we'll 10 days and no refund. Seems i got a reply but still no refund and to top it of my card was used to make 12 fraudulent charges odd thiswas the only place I used the card.

Unable to reach anyone about refund notification I received I also received an email stating my order was cancelled and refunded. The website no longer exists and the email address provided is not a valid email. This website is a scam, do not order from them. P.S. Does anyone know how I can get my money back?? Edited: I initially stated it had been 9 days, but I was wrong. I will update if I do received the refund. However, there should be a way to contact the store and there is not. That alone is bad customer service.

Poor experience Told me they needed to wait for stock, then cancelled and claimed they had refunded. Stopped answering emails. Did not receive refund. Update: I have not received a refund yet, and the website is still down. I will update this if I do receive the refund. Edit July 08: It took a while, but I did receive a refund.
