You say you have them in stock and then cancel it and keep the money? Biggest scam. And they’re email address doesn’t even work. Update: to respond to gizxeas comment- eat sh-t you scamming a-holes. Give me an email address that actually works so I can give you a piece of my mind

GBUnable to reach anyone about refund notification I received I also received an email stating my order was cancelled and refunded. The website no longer exists and the email address provided is not a valid email. This website is a scam, do not order from them. P.S. Does anyone know how I can get my money back?? Edited: I initially stated it had been 9 days, but I was wrong. I will update if I do received the refund. However, there should be a way to contact the store and there is not. That alone is bad customer service.

GBI also got scammed I also got scammed. I was told I would be refunded, but nothing yet. It has been well past 1-3 business days. If you're reading this, gizxea, I will be filing a report and pressing charges. Edit: I just got the refund, two weeks later. Still a sh-tty way to run a business.

GBUpdate 7/7/20 I have no idea what is going on. I got an email saying my order was cancelled, though I didn’t cancel it. The website is down, the phone number is disconnected. What happened to this merchant? I don’t have a refund for the $330 I paid for a Switch. Definitely a scam. UPDATE 7/7/20. I received a refund on my credit card account for $320, which is $10 less than I paid, but at least it's a refund. I just read the company's response. The lack of communication during this entire thing is concerning. While I appreciate that they had issues with their supplier and their website provider, they needed to communicate that to their customers rather than just cancelling the orders with no explanation. Also, I'm still short $10. Overall, the experience was frustrating, but I'll raise my rating by one star.
