Good, but issues Bought a smart-phone from this website as it was the cheapest around. Because I needed it quickly, I paid for DHL 4-day delivery. It took them a WEEK to get the parcel "ready for shipping". If I pay for express 4-day DHL delivery, I expect to receive my package within the working week, not 2 weeks later! Contacted customer service and they didn't seem to understand my issue. My parents received the package 2 days after my departure, leaving them to pay even more postage costs. On top of that, the company decided to add an enormous "free" gift to my package, which then meant my mum had to pay almost a 1/5th of the phone's cost in import taxes (because of the size of the parcel). Now, I'm not complaining about a rather nice free gift (I must say), but because I did not purchase the package insurance I cannot claim back the insane import tax which was due, due to the size of the package. Overall, good, cheap prices, but be wary when buying the supposed "express" (but not so express) shipping and I'd also recommend purchasing the package insurance in case they decide to laden your package with other items. I would also like to know what I'm going to receive along with my purchased goods - even though the free gift I got was nice, I would have liked to have known in advance I was going to receive said free gift.
