Expensive shipping with no upfront quotes. I tried to get a rough estimate on the cost of shipping but they would not even give me any type of quote on the costs.

Will sell your email adresss and rip… Will sell your email adresss and rip you off on shipping. Avalanche of spam from various US companies after buying a product from these people. Also refused to answer emails about shipping costs and then charged me twice the price of the product to ship. Avoid.

Refuses to provide shipping quotes up… Refuses to provide shipping quotes up front. It's all so they can bill you more for it. I do have to laugh at their responses too, "we are unable to provide them up front because..." really because they don't want to. As a small business owner I can tell you, providing shipping up front is the easiest part of setting up a business. The shipping companies want you to use them so they make it very simple. Sager is just trying to rip people off.

I was given a website from a…manufacturer I was given a website from a manufacturer of their trusted distributors. This site show price, availability, and lead time. Looked over all distributors and Sager did not have a tariff. Ended up buying the product from Sager and the payment went through. Then, two days later another $248 charge came through for Sager. Turns out they added shipping AND a Tariff (shipping charge was disclosed as a later charge). Seems that they know what they are doing to make sure that they get orders over their competitors who disclose tariffs in the checkout procedures.

Ordered 2 LiFePhosphate batteries (PN… Ordered 2 LiFePhosphate batteries (PN PSL-BTC-1290) from Sager on August 16, 2022. Received 2 MuRata MGJ2D151505SC DC-DC isolators the following week. Called Sager to find their voice mailbox full! Sent email to customer service. After two days Sager sent RMA paperwork by email. Sager billed shipping and tax separate from shipping and tax. Sager billed tax at 7.511% when Invoice indicated 6.75%! Store credit was initially at 6,75%, had to email with images of invoice and credit invoice to illustrate error and act of negligence. Initially Sager did not provide shipping credit until I asked to speak with their corporate attorney. In my 40 years in industry (author, licensed professional, and inventor - 4 patents) I have never experienced such incompetence. I will never deal with Sager again. They can keep my $162.20.
