Beware - this company is no victim! Please avoid this company at all costs! This company needs some serious work in customer service and also providing a product when one orders and pays. There are many articles online that suggest that they too are the victim of scams - please beware!!! I placed an order recently for health supplements after reading that they were a respected and legitimate company... I'm now working with my bank to file fraudulent charges to get my money back. It's really sick what people will do these days.

This company is a scam!! I have emailed this company several times about my order. They charged my account before the product was shipped and today makes 2 weeks the product still has not been shipped. I will be filing charges against this company for theft. I have asked for a refund several times and nothing so now I will have to take further actions. I don't have money to give away and I am not going to take this lying down.

It seems like a scam I ordered weeks ago, have not received order...contacted multiple times and still waiting for response...i will be filing a fraud claim against them. Extremely dissatisfied

Non-Responsive Customer Service I ordered product on several occasions and the service is inconsistent, but the customer service is always slow and non-responsive. Twice I had to contact customer service to obtain the status of my shipment. Once the payment was taken from my account but I had not received a tracking number over a week later when I finally received an apology email and the shipment arrived 3 days later. On my latest shipment it was sent to an old address (even though I entered the updated address and the database will not allow me to remove the old address). When I notified customer service of the issue it took 3 days for a reply, which was one line....we shipped to your address. So I had to resend my order to show I had updated the address. Two days later I received an email apologizing for the error, acknowledging my frustration and saying they would take care of it. Four days later I have not received a new shipment, new tracking number, response to my follow up email...but they have my $56.00!

you screwed me out of 120.00 dollars when i placed my order i ordered 4 bottles of product i paid for 4 bottles of product you sent me one bottle of product .you did not tell me anything about the other 3 bottles.i waited for another 2 weeks for the rest of my order ,then i e mailed you about it ,only then you tell me that the product i ordered had been discontinued.you took my money for all 4 bottles.you have not said anything about refunding me the rest of my money or giveing me a credit for any more product. so what gives
