keep a BIG distance from this company!!!!!! OMG Shipments were fast as hell! but be warned if you have any warranty claims. There is no RMA ticketsystem. You must sent your warranties back but afterwards you are unable to contact them by phone or email. So no returns of any warranty at all. (really frustrating) Keep a BIG distance from this company and look elsewhere on the net.

fast shipping, IF you get it. I bought an LCD, they shipped all the surroundings, screws, wires, etc but not the LCD! imagine that ...., finally they started ignoring my phone calls and emails. went through paypal and VIsa dispute till I got a refund! First they were good with fast shipping and all that. But now I say they are thief.

Fast shipping and good service I placed an order the second of juli at 15.30, and paid for UPS express shipping. The next day the package was shipped, and today I recieved the package. Sadly a small part was missing, but after an email I got a quick reply saying sorry and that the part would be shipped asap. Fast and good service and great prices!

Fast and the terrible Electronicarc is very efficient at processing orders and getting the goods out the door. Which is what most review states and why I chose them in the first place. BUT, if you have trouble with some of the gear you buy from them you get to know the less efficient part of the firm. Its the worst I have ever seen and I recommend everyone to consider this before they buy anything from them. I bought alot of fpv gear, including a pair of fat shark attitude which was mailfunctioning. The goggles have been for repair for 5 Months now!!!! Even though I have an email from them, 4.5 Months ago, saying them will replace my goggles ASAP. What does ASAP mean in Spanish? My recommendation: Stay away from electronicarc!!!
