bad service they take very time to ship, i no like it

Scam web site! Buyers be aware! I have ordered a motherboard for my laptop on October 25 for which I paid US$271. On October 30 Ownta has sent me tracking number. Since then shipment information shows the same message: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. I have contacted them several times but they do not reply to my emails. After 30 days of not having success with Ownta and motherboard still not being shipped, I have filed a claim with PayPal. Hopefully, I will get my money back. What a waste of time and money. I will be also filing a complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

Ownta.com eBay store I bought from Ownta through their eBay store and the product was excellent, Ainol Novo 7 Basic, and the communication with them through eBay was excellent and informative. I have looked at their website but am going to continue through the eBay store as I've had the good experience there.
