After long trying to reach them, I managed to make a refund, because the batteries that I ordered were complete garbage. Not charging to full and they were delivering different power to my tools. This means different energy output which can result to damage into the fine-tuning makita investes a lot to make it as goog as possible. After a long time, I received the adress where I had to send the batteries in order to receive my refund. I sent them at my cost, it took a reidiculous amount of time, because they didn't send me a DHL code like any respectable company, but an adress and a ref code. Anyhow, after sending the batteries back, I paid 6.something euros and I received my refund of 95 euro for an 98.99 euro order. They are a garbage company with garbage products. I bought myself the original batteries and one of those originals lasts longer than all 4 fakes. Like germans say, buy cheap, buy twice. I lost only 10-11 euros with this experience, but never again will I deal with fake shady sellers of falsely advertised products.

With as many shipments as they have every single day, it may happen that they are going to send you the wrong item. They are good at apologizing for the mistake they have made, but from there it is nothing less than the world's worst customer service. At all genuine online stores, you expect in that situation to receive a return label together with an express shipment of real goods you have ordered. Not at Das Batteries! Instead, they require both image and video documentation for you to be in possession of their faulty delivery, which they require you to test. They suspect you, even if they are the ones who made a mistake. If you pass this interrogation, you may be allowed to fill in an awkward address, and then you will have to pay to send their error shipment back to them. Here you must remember to get documentation of your shipment, otherwise you will never see your correct items. Only when they have received the wrong shipment that you paid for that they made, will they send you the goods you ordered and paid for. I do not know what is legal in Germany, but in Denmark it is not. I will not delete this review until you send me the item I have ordered, if it exists at all.
