Absolute rubbish Absolute rubbish! Bought my screen protector in Apple Store wasted all my time in registering my products to now be told that I don’t have any registered products. What a an absolute waste of time!

Belkin poor customer service Apple Store decided to change my speaker but because found faulty in warranty period they decided to change free of charge plus they changed screen protector for free with warranty from Balkin. When my screen unstick bobble inside on the left corner they refused to change as no enough evidence.£35 screen and they just washed hands. Poor customer service waiting for answer weeks more than month.Do not buy product from them as they not trustworthy company.

Diabolical service Disgusting service from staff that don’t care! Purchased and extension lead that stopped working after 6 weeks!! They could not even be bothered to say they will replace it and send a new one !! Promised to raise a ticket and someone would contact me which did not happen! I saved my chat transcript but I did not get a copy! Really disappointed with the lack of understanding helpfulness and courtesy!! One of the WORST companies I have had the misfortune to deal with! WONT be buying ANY of their products again!

I purchase the Belkin ScreenForce™… I purchase the Belkin ScreenForce™ UltraGlass 2 from the Apple store for my iPhone 15 pro. The protector cracked within a week. I requested a replacement which took 7 weeks to come. The Apple store applied the replacement protector which cracked again within a week. I then requested a refund, to which Belkin said they would investigate however, just sent me another new screen. I've not installing the 3rd protector as I see no improvements to the design. I'm very disappointed with the product and slow response of Belkin. It was my first product from them and probably my last.

The warranty is a joke I have provided all the necessary documentation to replace my screen protector per my warranty. It’s been 10 days and nothing. Looks like I have to go spend money on another one to protect my phone. I will never buy Belkin again. Terrible customer service. Shame on Apple for saying it takes 3-5 days too.
