Absolute rubbish Absolute rubbish! Bought my screen protector in Apple Store wasted all my time in registering my products to now be told that I don’t have any registered products. What a an absolute waste of time!

Diabolical service Disgusting service from staff that don’t care! Purchased and extension lead that stopped working after 6 weeks!! They could not even be bothered to say they will replace it and send a new one !! Promised to raise a ticket and someone would contact me which did not happen! I saved my chat transcript but I did not get a copy! Really disappointed with the lack of understanding helpfulness and courtesy!! One of the WORST companies I have had the misfortune to deal with! WONT be buying ANY of their products again!

Purchased a screen protector from Apple… Purchased a screen protector from Apple for my iPhone 15, was told unlimited replacements and re fitting, I’m on screen 3 now and that’s started to bubble in the corners just like the last 2 did! Poor quality expensive and extremely poor customer service! Avoid at all costs! This was a Belkin screen protector!

Awful quality and hostile support Awful quality, zero-responsibility, awful attitude of online support. I got their WIZ008 charger at Amazon, which refused to charge Qi cartified Galaxy phones. Replaced it by warranty. The replacement does not charge one of the phones again. Decided to return it for refund, but first went to consult with Belkin. Belkin warranty on screen protector… Belkin warranty on screen protector purchased from Apple Store and fitted by Apple, is completely worthless. Tedious and lengthy form to complete asking for information already supplied when registering the product. Endless emails asking for info and photos. I’ve purchased 3 of these and found them to be very poor quality. Belkin’s appalling customer service and refusal to honour their warranty obligations reflects very badly on Apple.
