USItem arrived with the box… Review based off my purchase of the Onkron G90. Item arrived with the box untaped/unsecured and no instructions. Parts bag was opened but thankfully everything I needed was present. Item also had a plastic slider that arrived broken. Pretty disappointed but it works

USBroken Parts We ordered this stand and parts came broken. The customer service rep did a great job quickly sending out new parts but one of the pieces arrived broken again. Still waiting on a replacement part. Customer service is great but would have liked to have the stand complete a month after ordering.
