The camera comes with brand new condition, though the package has been opened probably for customs checking. While the shutter count is only 4, which makes sense. The accessories are brand new. It's a pleasant shopping experience. Definitely would come back!

Very pleasantly surprised! Very pleasantly surprised! My order went through every bit as smoothly as it would have with any other larger retailer. Reassuring emails were sent at every stage of the process, and 4 days later I had an exceptionally well packaged Sony Camera and lens for £1200 less than I would have paid RRP. It feels like there should be a catch, but so far I really can't think of any reason why I won't be using Camera in the Post for all my camera related purchases from now on.

Fantastic value & brilliant service!! I ordered a Canon EOS R5 on Monday 14th June at 11:15 am UK time. CITP communication was excellent- got emailed back with order confirmation followed up with FedEx reference within 2 hrs. Item was dispatched from HK on Tuesday with an estimate delivery before 12 noon on Friday- and delivered exactly on time! The package was really week protected and overall I’m delighted with both the service and the goods. Cannot rate these guys highly enough. Well done Camera in the Post. Literally did extra miles to get me the products I wanted! Really top customer service, feels very personal. Joseph was great, even finding stock of items for me that were unavailable through the large suppliers and retailers. Messages were always replied to quickly, items were shipped really fast and everything arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. Of course the prices were also great. Nothing to dislike here, I just wish that dealing with all online retailers was this pleasant. No need to worry if considering buying with CITP.
