GBAt first look At first look, the colorizing is amazing. But upon closer examination, there can be many areas that are "incorrect" and there appears to be no way to "correct" them. Update: The Enhance function is incredibly good [I didn't use it on the first colorizing try]. It made the colorizing come out better, and by more closely examining the final options (from what I learned the first time), I made a better choice for the final version, and I was extremely pleased with the result. I will probably sign up for a larger paid package sometime soon when I feel ready to dive into more of the older damaged and B&W photos in my collection. One suggestion: The colorizing preview option thumbnails should be significantly larger to scrutinize the differences and make the best final choice.

GBGreat if you don't care about fidelity Yes, it makes a nice looking face out of pixel garbage, but there is no fidelity to reality, nor can there be. When I compare an enhanced face from a poor photo using this software to the same person from a quality photo there are major differences. An old boss of mine called this making chicken salad out of chicken crap.

GB"Bringing Photos Back into Focus: The Immense Gratitude for Restoring Damaged Images After Loss" Wow, I absolutely love Face26 - Image Optimization it truly has made such a meaningful difference for grieving families! As someone who works in a funeral home restoring cherished photos, I'm regularly moved by the immense gratitude and relief people express when I'm able to refocus and restore photos they assumed were lost forever. There's truly no greater joy than reuniting people with priceless images of their departed loved ones - it's incredibly heartwarming to witness their reactions. Thanks to the magic of Face26, I've been able to provide comfort and closure to so many by salvaging faded, damaged photos that capture meaningful memories and moments. The families are always so appreciative and astonished by the technology. Being able to revive these photos for them, especially after a loss, is such a gift. I feel honored to play even a small role in preserving their memories during such a difficult time. It makes my job so rewarding and fills me with hope knowing the solace these restored photos can bring. I'm just so thankful for tools like Face26 that allow me to have this profoundly positive impact on grieving families.

GBincredible This program is incredible. I would not have believed a blurred picture could be sharpened and enhanced that much. I know it's going to be even more incredible when I learn how to use all the features.
