I was having an inscription done on a piece of Crystal and they didn't quite understand what I meant because it's usually made for names. But I wanted to described on there an angel is present. So they emailed me and asked me was I sure that's what I wanted. They were very professional and I emailed them back and said yes and gave them some other ideas as to what it could say.
