Tried a few others who hold your photo… Tried a few others who hold your photo or watermark it forcing you to pay when you don't know if the one you have edited/created will workout or not. Later I came back to site and gave a small contribution(coffee) as a token of thanks. That's fine with me, its not about money - the time you are making an application is a stressful one, you don't want other issues bothering you at that time.

Heard a lot about this company but in… Heard a lot about this company but in reality customer service is not as per the expectations. I paid online for Canadian Pr Card and it was rejected by the authority. I wrote to them about this and they reply me to send another image as the first one was not click perfectly. Its been three days and i am still waiting. And they were 100% assured about the picture accuracy when i uploaded earlier. They should inform me that the image is not perfect and upload a new one. So sad.

no contact details to resolve not receiving the photo I loaded the photo , made the payment and it had please wait for 40 mins and then crashed, so my money has been taken and I have no photo and any link to e mail the company doesn't exist. Please can someone get back to me so I can either process the order or get a refund
