Never sent the camera Never sent the camera, never acknowledged it either. No way to call them. We had to dispute the charge.

The shipping required me to be present… The shipping required me to be present to sign the package from FedEx on delivery to my home during a week week. I was unaware of the signature requirement to be in person. This was Highway disruptive. Package couldn't be delivered. I had to travel an hour to the FedEx site to pick up. Oh, allowing a door tag signature delivery method would've been easier or at least knowing this was going to be the in person requirement ahead of time
