USVery poor customer service Very poor customer service. My order did not arrive, contacted the customer service, they said they have opened a case with UPS and now it has been 2 weeks since, and I have emailed Jacob, the customer service person, 3 times after than but got no reply. UPS called me on phone and spoke to me 4 business days ago but this company does not answer and I am still waitiing for my refund. Very poor customer service.

USBAD EXPERIENCE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Send them email that I did not recieve my order and they did not responded to my email. Try to call them on phone and the phone number on their website is not a working phone nnumber

USRESPONSE TO REVIEW REQUEST I'm surprised to receive a request for a review when I've sent two requests to receive a RMA for a defective VHS-C cassette adapter and as yet gotten a reply from customer service (?) or anyone. Is there something wrong with the internet transmission? All I'm getting is a confirmation of return notice, however, the "check return status" box is totally inactive! Tsk! Tsk!
