My power adapter quit working on me so I reached out to their support to ask if they sell replacements. With no questions asked Matt sent me a new one at no charge. It's this kind of service that will lead me to doing business with these guys again.

USI recently made a purchase after… I recently made a purchase after reading about a Rode product online. Once I decided to make the purchase of the Rodecaster I started looking for the best price, and found an online company that I was somewhat familiar with. But before I decided to go with them, I contacted DVEstore in Everett, WA. Much to my surprise I received an email immediately from one of their sales people. Joel confirmed that they could match the price, but before that he asked questions to make sure this was what I needed. He didn't try to up-sell me, nor point me in another direction (I'm sure he would have if this wasn't what I needed). He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and guided me through my purchase. The golden ticket was that another one of DVEstore's employees did a follow up email, thanking me for my purchase, and to contact them with any questions that I might have. Well, you bet I did.. I contacted Joel, and within an hour i got an email reply answering my questions about mics. Thank you DVEstore! You have definitely won a customer, and I will be back soon.
