Pathetic service Pathetic service. No service 80% of the time. The support is pathetic as well as usually they do not bother to even ready and reply to support message requests

Extremely bad customer service Extremely bad customer service. Never attend to your query. Never answer a call. Very fast to collect the yearly subscription. Problems take days of frustration to sort out. Basically, keep away from them and look for better ones.
