Good way to get SPSS at reasonable prices Very easy to download and it was quickly up and running. My only regret, subscriptions are by month and not date of the month. So if you buy a 6 month on last day of the month, you get 5 months and a day. Otherwise, great experience.

Excellent Customer Service! The customer service rep was excellent. He walked me through all the steps of trouble shooting and made sure that it was fixed before our call ended. He even took remote control of my computer and updated setting so that the program would work properly.
