great support good support. But in the future they should just put the link to the proper drives to download in the items itself to reduce contacting customer service. My keyboard got bricked and i decided to return it instead. But the mouse was fixed by the rep.

Got some damaged stabilizer and stained… Got some damaged stabilizer and stained keycaps that won’t come off by wiping it out. I believe they provided excellent customer service, just report it as soon as possible, they sent me another set of keycaps, I’m pretty satisfied with how how they handled it!

Great customer support and awesome products :) Great customer support nice and friendly and gets right too the problem and gets it solved :) And their products is great too like their K649 Pro keyboard i have alot of mechanic keyboards over the years and their k649 pro is my fav :)

Quality products and customer support I have had the Redragon K530 PRO for almost two years now with no problems until yesterday I started having the space-bar registering double clicks so i contact the support team which have offered a replacement with minimal charges (shipping and tax fees).
