Amazing Experience Great price for trade-in, even better experience with customer service, and overall amazing experience. I decided to sell my MacBook Pro to CashForYourMac I believe 3 weeks ago mainly because they gave me the best price, and the whole process was extremely streamlined - they provided me with the shipping label and I went to the Fedex store and got it packed in a box then shipped it over. I mailed out my MacBook on June 16th from NJ, and they received it in only four days, then sent my payment only two days after on June 22nd. The customer service was extremely friendly and addressed my concerns immediately. Overall, the process was very easy and much easier than selling the laptop on my own. Thank you.

Easy. Most $$$ for my MBP. When I originally sent in my MBP, it had a RAM issue. CashForYourMac returned it to me at no cost. After I had Apple repair it, I sent it back to CashForYourMac. I quickly received payment, which far exceeded what other resellers, including Apple, offered for my MBP. Very easy. Highly recommended.

Seamless experience!! Seamless experience!!! the quoted price was the amount I received AND the highest quote. keep in mind my computer was kept in pristine condition (screen protector, external case, keyboard cover, etc.) and they didn't try to swindle me from my quoted price. I was paid out via PayPal aware of the processing fee but still content to proceed with the offer. I will use them again because of the 5-star experience (great communication, reminder emails, and amount of time given to ship out the item).

Smooth Transaction Honestly, no complaints. Submitted my machine (condition, type, etc), got a quote and shipped it. Payment happened fast. Package to them deliver Friday and payment made Monday. You could get a bigger rate selling your stuff privately but the convenience is really nice here.
