This was not the first time I have used… This was not the first time I have used CashForYourMac. I am impressed by the quick turnaround time and the prices you offer. My criticism is that I spoke with a woman a couple of times to get some information. She wasn't rude but both times she rushed me off the phone and just kept on saying read what we sent you. I almost asked to speak with owner or manager. She in no way was representative of a premium experience.

FAIR OFFERS... It is great to know there is a company that rewards customers with FAIR OFFERS for their used electronics. The BIG NAMES take advantage of LOYAL customers with offers less than half of CFYM. CashForYourMac does the right thing and I appreciate it...I WILL BE BACK!

Easy. Most $$$ for my MBP. When I originally sent in my MBP, it had a RAM issue. CashForYourMac returned it to me at no cost. After I had Apple repair it, I sent it back to CashForYourMac. I quickly received payment, which far exceeded what other resellers, including Apple, offered for my MBP. Very easy. Highly recommended.

This place is great This place is great. This is my 4th or 5th transaction with them. Prompt inspection and payment when they receive it. And most importantly, no funny business regarding value after you've sent your item in like I've had with another company. I will continue to use CashForYourMac.
