I placed an order, realized I needed more the next day, chatted in, and they spent 45 mins with me going back and forth on my plans, then combined the orders, and STILL got them out to UPS that day. GBUnbelievable For starters, the product I bought which was 3/8 tubing for a water cooled. Alphacool 3/8x1/2 precut tubing 10 ' box. After looking at the product is was full of kinks that do not come out. I have lost 18" of product. Also the tubing is not uniform either. The product is getting pathetic. The shipping was completely astronomical. $13.50 for the product and $12+ for shipping. Really?? That was the cheapest option. Everyone thinks their products are gold. I have news for you they are not.
