Their help desk keep saying I had installed things wrongly, do remove start again. How hard is it to click install? Even if my computer worked the annoying darkweb webshield would appear everytime I opened a browser.

Even more top name free versions of similar products are more complicated and if you want more than just blocking a sight or adds from sights you have too pay for it at a cost way too much than a working single mom could afford all the time for renewals. I figured it would be a cheap lesson when it didn't do everything it promised. Well, I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the ease of installation and SPEED OF THE PROGRAMS various components. Since my laptop is nearly as much of a DINOSAUR as I am it is FRUSTRATINGLY slow and an EASY TARGET for the oldest version of any virus or other cyberspace attacks. I'm not going to say that I'm suddenly BULLET PROOF, BUT I know how NEO felt on that rooftop dodging "Mr. Smith's" attempts to shoot him down.
