Enzo was friendly and so very knowledgeable; helped us pick a laptop that is perfect for me and listened to my questions very patiently! 13" MacBook Pro -satisfies! this was only my second computer. I had previously had a 17" MacBook Pro.the 13" fits my uses with much more agility, plus the repair shop guy said the 13"s held up better than the 17"s and the 15"s. so far so good, also I did not want the super thin keyboard (newer models), and the multifunctional touch-screens (newer models) they were way past my comfort /skill levels. so, all told my 2015 fills my bill exactly. thank you

Yikes! Our Macbook was stolen...Quality Macs helped While out of the country our Macbook Pro was stolen. We decided we didn't want to spend so much $ for replacement since we are still out of the country, After researching vendors of refurbished Apple products we came across Quality Macs. Were going to order and ship but realized we were going to be in San Diego for an 8 hr period. Via many emails back and forth, Quality Macs was wonderful in helping us decide on the model we wanted and having the order processed for the day we were able to pick it up. We arrived at their storefront and our order was ready to be picked up. We were given time to fire up our new but used Macbook and it worked perfectly. It has worked perfectly since we received it. Deal or steal? Bought a 6-month-old MacBook with minor cosmetic imperfections for 400 below the original price. The laptop was just as described and pictured on eBay, and was shipped way faster than expected...through a pandemic! No original packaging, but the condition was like new. 3 months in, I'm highly content that I purchased through QualityMacs. PS - they also give you the exact health status of the laptops battery!
