13" MacBook Pro -satisfies! this was only my second computer. I had previously had a 17" MacBook Pro.the 13" fits my uses with much more agility, plus the repair shop guy said the 13"s held up better than the 17"s and the 15"s. so far so good, also I did not want the super thin keyboard (newer models), and the multifunctional touch-screens (newer models) they were way past my comfort /skill levels. so, all told my 2015 fills my bill exactly. thank you

Shoes for these crews of hard workers, Thanks 🙏 Fantastic service from everyone working there, they all know their macs. Would I go back? Absolutely, do they sell great condition items? Absolutely, I’m extremely picky about where I get and purchase A refurbished item. These products are top notch, thoroughly diagnosed, examined, cleaned and as good as any floor model that you would find in Apple store.

Lack of quality control and shoddy refurbished Mac products I do not recommend purchasing Mac products from this reseller. I purchase a MacBook Pro 2019 six months ago and already had to deal with three major software and hardware issues. When the laptop was delivered, it would not turn on because Quality Macs forgot to properly reboot and reconfigure the computer. As a result, I had to spend several hours on the phone with Quality Macs figuring out how to do the reboot which they were supposed to have completed on my behalf. Then, when I sought to update the iOS software on the laptop, I got locked out because the computer belonged to a company which installed access security locks, and which came back after the software install was complete. Once again, I had to spend several hours with Quality Macs figuring out how to disable the security lock. Finally, several months ago, my laptop started draining battery like crazy, and would die after one hour of use; in addition, it would randomly turn off, deleting all of the work which I had not saved. When I contacted Quality Macs once more, the representative who I spoke with made a host of excuses as to why it was not their fault, but the fault of the new software, and that how it was not their problem. Today, I hooked my laptop up and attempted to turn it on, only to discover that it was completely dead. I will have to lose priceless time and money going to a repair shop in my area who will hopefully be able to fix the junk which I had purchased from “Quality” Macs. Each time that I spoke with Quality Macs I had the impression that they belittled my concerns, refused to take accountability for their f$$k ups, and acted like I was bothering them rather than proactively trying to help. I don’t think they’ve changed their computer reseller providers, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this issue continues to persist.
