The laptop was just as described and pictured on eBay, and was shipped way faster than expected...through a pandemic! I feel like I wasted his time because I reviewed all of the machines online first. I like the documented 'scratch and dent' situations, as these are like refurbished cars which are really new only once. But, I can't tell this machine was previously owned. I'm extremely satisfied.
