GBExcellence What the Customer sees is what the Customer gets. "E" was a gracious and patient Staff member, and he knows his hardware. I feel like I wasted his time because I reviewed all of the machines online first. I like the documented 'scratch and dent' situations, as these are like refurbished cars which are really new only once. But, I can't tell this machine was previously owned. I'm extremely satisfied.
