I feel like I wasted his time because I reviewed all of the machines online first. I like the documented 'scratch and dent' situations, as these are like refurbished cars which are really new only once. But, I can't tell this machine was previously owned. I'm extremely satisfied.

Yikes! Our Macbook was stolen...Quality Macs helped While out of the country our Macbook Pro was stolen.
