Yikes! Our Macbook was stolen...Quality Macs helped While out of the country our Macbook Pro was stolen. We decided we didn't want to spend so much $ for replacement since we are still out of the country, After researching vendors of refurbished Apple products we came across Quality Macs. Were going to order and ship but realized we were going to be in San Diego for an 8 hr period. Via many emails back and forth, Quality Macs was wonderful in helping us decide on the model we wanted and having the order processed for the day we were able to pick it up. We arrived at their storefront and our order was ready to be picked up. We were given time to fire up our new but used Macbook and it worked perfectly. It has worked perfectly since we received it. Excellence What the Customer sees is what the Customer gets. "E" was a gracious and patient Staff member, and he knows his hardware. I feel like I wasted his time because I reviewed all of the machines online first. I like the documented 'scratch and dent' situations, as these are like refurbished cars which are really new only once. But, I can't tell this machine was previously owned. I'm extremely satisfied.

While looking for a third party apple… While looking for a third party apple product resellers I came across Quality Macs account on eBay. I saw their apple products and investigated their main website to see if they have legit apple products and other affordable devices. After purchasing my IPad Pro 11 inch 3rd generation with the Apple Pencil for $834 in Excellent condition. I couldn’t believe it was legit and affordable for the deal I got.
