MXYikes! Our Macbook was stolen...Quality Macs helped While out of the country our Macbook Pro was stolen. We decided we didn't want to spend so much $ for replacement since we are still out of the country, After researching vendors of refurbished Apple products we came across Quality Macs. Were going to order and ship but realized we were going to be in San Diego for an 8 hr period. Via many emails back and forth, Quality Macs was wonderful in helping us decide on the model we wanted and having the order processed for the day we were able to pick it up. We arrived at their storefront and our order was ready to be picked up. We were given time to fire up our new but used Macbook and it worked perfectly. It has worked perfectly since we received it. We highly recommend Quality Macs for your Apple needs.

The descriptions of their used inventory along with pictures made it incredibly efficient to pick out a used MacBook that has suited my needs and looks like I bought it brand new. GBLack of quality control and shoddy refurbished Mac products I do not recommend purchasing Mac products from this reseller. I purchase a MacBook Pro 2019 six months ago and already had to deal with three major software and hardware issues. When the laptop was delivered, it would not turn on because Quality Macs forgot to properly reboot and reconfigure the computer. As a result, I had to spend several hours on the phone with Quality Macs figuring out how to do the reboot which they were supposed to have completed on my behalf. Then, when I sought to update the iOS software on the laptop, I got locked out because the computer belonged to a company which installed access security locks, and which came back after the software install was complete. Once again, I had to spend several hours with Quality Macs figuring out how to disable the security lock. Finally, several months ago, my laptop started draining battery like crazy, and would die after one hour of use; in addition, it would randomly turn off, deleting all of the work which I had not saved. When I contacted Quality Macs once more, the representative who I spoke with made a host of excuses as to why it was not their fault, but the fault of the new software, and that how it was not their problem. Today, I hooked my laptop up and attempted to turn it on, only to discover that it was completely dead. I will have to lose priceless time and money going to a repair shop in my area who will hopefully be able to fix the junk which I had purchased from “Quality” Macs. Each time that I spoke with Quality Macs I had the impression that they belittled my concerns, refused to take accountability for their f$$k ups, and acted like I was bothering them rather than proactively trying to help. I don’t think they’ve changed their computer reseller providers, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this issue continues to persist.

GBLove it here! We love this place and wouldn’t buy a computer anywhere else (have purchased 3 over the years)! Enzo was friendly and so very knowledgeable; helped us pick a laptop that is perfect for me and listened to my questions very patiently! It’s SO much more affordable here than purchasing a new laptop and it works perfectly! I recommend them without reservation!
