Sharm El Sheikh Misery I'm currently in Sharm El Sheikh and have to say that the e-sims have proved to be a waste of money. I paid for 3 separate e-sims, amounting to more than €70 yet have had nothing but disconnections and very low download/upload speeds. The provider is Orange Egypt - one of the best in Egypt - and so a decent, stable connection is to be expected. All my phone settings are correct, having being checked on numerous occasions, I have a recent flagship phone and I have an above average knowledge of IT. All I can say is, if you are coming to this part of the world and require a somewhat decent data coverage, then you may need to look at alternatives.
