Good Customer Service After submitting my order, I looked over the confirmation email and realized my apartment number was missing. I emailed customer service about the issue and was updated almost immediately that they were able to make the adjustment. The case my game came in was not the original, but the game itself was exactly what I ordered and plays well with no glitches. And honestly for a 20+ year old game, it’s in great shape. Overall, I had a good experience with this company and would likely purchase from them again.

I found them online..... I found them online and quickly ordered a couple of games...1st of all.... the games were at great prices!!!!....... 2nd.....my package was going to arrive sooner than expected because they were so quick in processing my order... it was basically shipped the next morning.....but.....😔 my package was sent back to them because of postal error.... I reached out to them during the weekend and by Monday afternoon i already had a response stating that they would quickly re deliver my package and i wouldn't have to worry about a thing!!!! they had great communication the whole time! Always a Pleasure doing business with them!

Would recommend I wrote a review on Google, but I'll repeat it here.... I was concerned when I ordered. I had never heard of Players Choice.. it was a fairly expensive Zelda game, and the price was the best I'd found. I decided to take the chance and order, and I am so glad that I did. I was nervous about not receiving a tracking number right away and inquired about it, but the tracking number was sent to me, package was so carefully wrapped and game was in great condition. So far no problems with playback. If I need anything else that's hard to find, I will definitely return to Players Choice.

Quick, easy, and responsive The service was quick and easy and I was able to get the product for a cheaper price then on Amazon. The disc I received was faulty, but upon contacting the seller and describing the situation I was immediately sent another copy free of charge, and this one worked great! Would definitely buy from them again.
