MAHectic renewal process We really suffer for renewing every year. We don't know what is wrong with the payment gateway but this thngvs happening very year for the past years. Also the price tag is high for what the system is weather first time purchase or renewal.

GBSaves us a ton of time and frustration A new customer of ours turned us on to Automatic Email Manager. We've implemented it in our own business to clean up emails before they're seen by our ticketing system. We use it for automatically saving important attachments from vendors. It does so much for us now, it is like having an employee dedicated to cleaning up email for us.

MXWon't accept Registration Number I was able to get technical support to activate the program after being unable to get it to accept my registration number. Where it says enter your NAME, what it really wants is your email address. It would be nice if they would say that. Next problem to tackle is to get it to accept my email to add to the account. Waiting for a response on that issue now....

AUMakes saving emails so easy! We use AEM to save emails as PDF files and also save their attachments. The Regex features allowing file names based on part of a subject line such as our file reference is really good but there are a few quirks. We trialed v8 before purchase (we were using V5) and the responses to our queries regarding the Regex features were prompt and helpful. The ability to add email addresses directly from the message list to black/white and custom lists to manage what actions occur based on email addresses makes management much easier. Adding existing actions to an account could be easier.
