Have not gotten into progeCAD a lot… Have not gotten into progeCAD a lot yet. I still have a project on AutoCAD.... But what I have done so far is user friendly and I will be learning slowly. I still churn out most of my own work these days.

Feature rich software at low cost Feature rich software at low cost. Looks and feels like AutoCAD with some additional functionality AutoCAD does not have. Great overall value!

Great program, easy switch. Our company has used Autodesk AutoCAD for years, our needs are much simpler than many, but in switching it has been seamless. The GUI is not as polished as AutoCAD, but that doesn't effect the end result any. We have fully switched and will likely not be going anywhere else.

Good Software, good response My initial contact was less than stellar, having met with a bit of confusion when I was sent the wrong email attaching the key to v 2021, when I had purchased v 2024. Since the versions are not interchangeable, I was a bit concerned. Phone numbers were lacking, and the bots did not address the issue. However, I did get a timely response to my email. Everything was cleared up rather quickly (it was an error on ProgeCAD's part) and I was ready to go. The software is a bit on the awesome side if you're used to AutoCAD, as there is little to no learning curve. File reads are seamless (so far) and I haven't experienced any issue to speak of after using the software for about 30 days. I've been an AutoCAD user since 1986, purchasing v10, 2000, 2004 and 2010, and am disgusted at having those perpetual licenses effectively revoked in favor of the perpetual pay model. While awaiting the class action lawsuit against Autodesk, I was fortunate to find ProgeCAD, and don't see myself returning to AutoCAD. I feel comfortable in recommending at this point, but will check back with periodic updates if necessary.
