Product Quality. The link system is quite cool and very effective. However, there is a link, close to the clasp, that should not be movable as it keeps the whole thing together. That link is defective on my watch band to the extent that the link falls out, and the watch hits floor! Imagine your Ultra Watch 2 shattering on the floor, because the link falls out of the watch band.

Apple Watch Ultra 2 band issues I tried reaching to support over a week ago and no reply! I have some issues where it started peeling on the inside and it is also a little bent where it connects to the watch and it scratches Update: Support reached out to me really quick after the review, I guess there were some issues and they did not receive my email. Very happy with the service they were quick to replace it which I am glad because I really like this band, it looks really nice and also matches the watch perfectly. The band is also very comfortable.
