I had to email support multiple times to get it right, and their system asks you questions to verify your identity that it should not be asking. Their emails claim to "help you find content" but what they are really saying is that they have a lot of copyrighted content on their servers and they want to help you download it. I really wasn't prepared for just how much of it there is. A ton of porn. I guess since I usually use usenet for nntp stuff, the web browser they have that lets you stream this stuff was an eye opener for me. Edit: as you can see, they sent a canned response asking to help, but unless they are going to change that all their old content is just low quality porn, I am not sure what they can do.

The help documentation isn't great and in the past I just had to google and try to figure things out on my own. Some of the help docs/pages won't load or say it's a bad URL. I have emailed support once or twice and received a response within a day. I love the fact that Easy News gives you access to an unlimited VPN account for several concurrent devices.
