The web UI is a great alternative to… The web UI is a great alternative to mucking around with nzb files. DCMA takedowns appear to still happen though so you have to be fast, but it seems to happen less frequently and with more delay than other venues.

Billing sucks, lots of copyrighted stuff, web content is mostly porn To begin with, their billing system is really bad. I had to email support multiple times to get it right, and their system asks you questions to verify your identity that it should not be asking. Their emails claim to "help you find content" but what they are really saying is that they have a lot of copyrighted content on their servers and they want to help you download it. I really wasn't prepared for just how much of it there is. A ton of porn. I guess since I usually use usenet for nntp stuff, the web browser they have that lets you stream this stuff was an eye opener for me. Edit: as you can see, they sent a canned response asking to help, but unless they are going to change that all their old content is just low quality porn, I am not sure what they can do.

Excellent service! Been a member with Easynews for longer than I can remember and have always been satisfied. Long retention times and fast download speeds means it's easy to access the content I'm looking for. The VPN add-on is also super useful for helping to maintain my online privacy and security.
