I have had zero issues with easynews I have had zero issues with easynews. The couple of times I needed to change my subscription, the only 'issue' if you want to call it that, was easy and quick. I probably use only 10% of it's capabilities (powerful search utility), yet I have been and remain a satisfied customer.

Trust and quality I have been an Easynews customer for over 15 years and have never had a single complaint... Trust and quality have always been a constant.

Impressive Collection I would say what made my experiences with Easynews is the wealth and size of its image base. I can usually find what I am looking for with ease.

Billing sucks, lots of copyrighted stuff, web content is mostly porn To begin with, their billing system is really bad. I had to email support multiple times to get it right, and their system asks you questions to verify your identity that it should not be asking. Their emails claim to "help you find content" but what they are really saying is that they have a lot of copyrighted content on their servers and they want to help you download it. I really wasn't prepared for just how much of it there is. A ton of porn. I guess since I usually use usenet for nntp stuff, the web browser they have that lets you stream this stuff was an eye opener for me. Edit: as you can see, they sent a canned response asking to help, but unless they are going to change that all their old content is just low quality porn, I am not sure what they can do.
