It is the happiest investment I've ever made this year. PS: I've never contacted customer support. Because I didn't get any issues so far, but I'm pretty sure their support is very responsive.

The Best 'Usenet' Provider (IMO) Article retention and completeness (sic) is excellent. The online 'Advanced Search' facility sets Easynews head and shoulders above the competition. Additionally, the ability to select files to create an 'NZB' file, and/or to compile into a downloadable .zip file, multiple files (in the 'Advanced Search' facility) is, AFAIK, functionality that is unique to 'Easynews'.

I have had zero issues with easynews I have had zero issues with easynews. The couple of times I needed to change my subscription, the only 'issue' if you want to call it that, was easy and quick. I probably use only 10% of it's capabilities (powerful search utility), yet I have been and remain a satisfied customer.
