First Time Gaming PC purchase! They made it super easy for someone just getting into the PC gaming life. Helpful with all my questions and patience with me getting back to them with more questions. Shipping was another plus, super simple and the packaging they shipped in was protective. Definitely will and have recommended them.

Give CLX a try - you won't regret it! CLX gaming is exactly what I've been wanting for years! As a person who wants the power to build their own PC, but has no knowledge or patience to learn the ins and outs of PC building. This website was easy to use and had a pretty simple step-by-step process on what parts of a PC you need, what parts are nice-to-haves, gives different options for each component, WARNS you if some parts aren't compatible, and that's just the website! They send you updates on where your PC is in the building process, too. And then there's the tech support, which was incredibly knowledgeable and communicated with me on certain parts that needed to be swapped out, and explained thoroughly why. And then because of how I'd ordered my PC, I had the GPU shipped separately to keep it from being damaged - and they were extremely patient and thorough when I had to call to install it myself. By the way, it was all well-packaged and nothing was damaged, but I appreciate them giving me that option. My PC runs beautifully now. I definitely have no regrets giving CLX a try, and will recommend them to anyone who needs a PC for years to come.

Broken and months later Recieved is months later with it not turning on. Complete waste of money im probably going to sue.

Amazing customer service!!! Ordered a gaming PC for my husband. It worked great for the first week or so; but, suddenly, the monitor, keyboard, and mouse wouldn't turn on during boot up. We reached out to CLX, who tried to help us troubleshoot, but nothing was solving the problem. CLX ended up paying for the shipping to send the old PC back and sent us a completely rebuilt PC within a week (which works like a dream, by the way!) I had reservations about buying a gaming PC from any company and not just building one myself, but it was completely worth it! If I had built the PC myself, I'd probably still be buying parts for it to get it working the way it should. 100% recommend CLX and their products to anyone considering purchasing from them.
