Good, system. Mediocre support. The system in general came quickly and for the most part works great. However, the fan remote was not included and there is an issue with the fans on it where the fans run at full speed all the time. I have tried contacting CLX and got them to send me the remote which was supposed to arrive with the PC, though that took a week before shipment was ever sent and then lost once in shipping. That did not work in allowing me to control the fan speed or lights. I have been having a lot of issues with support getting these issues fixed.

Give CLX a try - you won't regret it! CLX gaming is exactly what I've been wanting for years! As a person who wants the power to build their own PC, but has no knowledge or patience to learn the ins and outs of PC building. This website was easy to use and had a pretty simple step-by-step process on what parts of a PC you need, what parts are nice-to-haves, gives different options for each component, WARNS you if some parts aren't compatible, and that's just the website! They send you updates on where your PC is in the building process, too. And then there's the tech support, which was incredibly knowledgeable and communicated with me on certain parts that needed to be swapped out, and explained thoroughly why. And then because of how I'd ordered my PC, I had the GPU shipped separately to keep it from being damaged - and they were extremely patient and thorough when I had to call to install it myself. By the way, it was all well-packaged and nothing was damaged, but I appreciate them giving me that option. My PC runs beautifully now. I definitely have no regrets giving CLX a try, and will recommend them to anyone who needs a PC for years to come.
