GBStill waiting *Update - immediately received very nice call from Spencer Schock explaining the delay. I feel confident that Schock Logistics will resolve this in a timely fashion. Still waiting I'd like to give a great review, unfortunately I'm still waiting for the copier to be picked up, over a week after it was scheduled. Credit card was already charged and still nothing.

GBNegligent handling The process of requesting and receiving the quote and then arranging for shipping was quick and easy. However, when the equipment was picked up the driver REPEATEDLY DROPPED each printer before getting them loaded onto the truck. We chose Schock because they were a preferred shipping provider for our equipment leasing company. But, the negligent handling of the equipment caused additional work and documentation for our team. I would not use or recommend Schock Logistics in the future.

ESThey committed to a date to pick up… They committed to a date to pick up shipment and was going to call first but no call or notice. Had to reach out to them to reschedule but again not flexible with date and if there is late charges I'm holding them responsible.
