Almost 5 years now I've been using HablaCuba for close to 5 years now and have had no issues at all. The phone recharges are always very fast (less than 1 minute) and accurate. I have corresponded with customer service a couple times, mostly at the beginning. Just questions I had for clarification. They always responded promptly and had answers to help me out. I particularly liked the discount coupon I was provided with last year, it came out of the blue and was a pleasant surprise. Need improvements… Expensive cost at low/poor quality calls/facetime connection. Customer support advised are ok for as far and as much of what they can and able to do….(step back in time)
