GBNeed improvements… Expensive cost at low/poor quality calls/facetime connection. Customer support advised are ok for as far and as much of what they can and able to do….(step back in time)

CAAlmost 5 years now I've been using HablaCuba for close to 5 years now and have had no issues at all. The phone recharges are always very fast (less than 1 minute) and accurate. I have corresponded with customer service a couple times, mostly at the beginning. Just questions I had for clarification. They always responded promptly and had answers to help me out. I particularly liked the discount coupon I was provided with last year, it came out of the blue and was a pleasant surprise. I have no hesitations recommending this company to anyone else needing their services.

DEMy wife didn't receive nothing This is not the truth. My wife didn't receive nothing. I have 5 years experience with recharging in Cuba. If you make before the recharge you get only the 500 cup. But she didn't receive nothing. But the your problem is that you never explain to nobody the promotions. If you divide it in two parts everybody understand that. You can say this is a reservation for 25th of January. And the delivery ist 25th of January. But you don't. Why? I know why. You make a lot of money with that. I sent you the foto from the acount of my wife. There is absolutely nothing of you recharge. And you answered you are investigating now. So why you are telling over Trustpilot this nonsense. Doesn't make sense.If you want I can deliver evidences here in Trustpilot. No problem.
