GBOffice Timeline is awesome. I love Office Timeline so much. As a program manager, this is a super helpful tool when I am making company facing, easily digestible timelines. 2 suggestions: 1. In a swimlane, it would be really helpful to be able to be able to have milestones or events NEXT to each other, just like how you can up top with the little milestone flags. It would help me use the swimlane space more efficiently, instead of having each milestone be on its own "line" 2. Enable dependencies so that if I move milestone A out 3 months, the downstream milestones also move out 3 months, and i dont have to go through manually and do this. Y'all rock!! Keep up the good work.

GBGreat communication tool, small glitches For weekly presentation updates, this tool allows me to do 5min edits and have it done. My whole team of project managers adopt it since its easy to replicate and the impact is great. Small glitches to work on improving: If you make an edit (lets say, color of a bar) outside of the Edit Timeline function, the tool will override the change and will return it to its previous version. Better integration with MS PPT can be achieved.

AUAs a contract project manager I use… As a contract project manager I use OfficeTimeline online version. Being in to cloud it can follows me from client to client. Easy to use, seamlessly produces beautiful PowerPoint presentations of my projects timeline that I can present to management. Something ms project desktop should do but does not. As a pm I do t have time to mess around in word or excel, power point to produce a timeline diagram. This app is awesome.

GBConsultant If you're doubting to get this tool, just get it. It makes super easy to use gantt charts and timelines, it's easy to change the template and edit it right in PowerPoint. In consulting where our timelines change frequently, it is very easy to keep our clients up-to-date on project progress and illustrate dependencies.
