Office Timeline is a simple and Powerful tool Office Timeline is a simple and powerful tool. It helped me break down and share complex sequences to various stakeholders based on project needs, from primavera p6 to a more user-friendly timeline.

An intuitive product that will save you hours when making Gantt charts… I've spent hours upon hours making project Gantt charts in Excel or Project. They take forever and look like trash in a presentation or Word doc. Office Timeline is very intuitive and gives a visually clear work product with minimal work. The free package can satisfy the needs for many people. I upgraded to the next version and am very pleased.

Too high a price for the value you get Solid for creating project plans. But way too expensive for what it is (a glorified PowerPoint plugin). Plus, other important features are hidden behind the even more expensive Pro version. It's fine, but it should be half or only a third of the price.

Timeline is an amazing software that… Timeline is an amazing software that allows a large amount of data and information to be communicated in a graphic format. It is highly integrated with MS project, excel and ppt. We are incorporating office timeline in our new business to demonstrate health care issues to providers and systems, that are typically done via pages of text. Timeline in 1-2 pages can easily tell a story over time that shows where there is great care or care that needs improvement. If I had one ask, it would be to allow excel and timeline to product multiple timeline pages from a pivot table rather than one graphic at a time. I believe Timeline has a unique fit in health care and possible integration into the EMR (electronic medical record). Jeff Thompson MD
