Toll free is cheap. Easy to use and inexpensive. I hadn't had a home phone number before, so it's nice to have one now.

After struggling with the phone interface I sent them an email asking for help. I received a phone call from Alan within 5 minutes of sending the email. Alan asked me questions relating to my needs and told me they could not supply all the services I required. He even recommended companies that could provide the services I required.
