IF I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to update the user interface for managing phone forwarding... it's a bit clunky in design. First class service Without much research (other than Trustpilot reviews) I set up an online account with tollfreeforwarding.com. I tried a test call and received fax dial tones. After struggling with the phone interface I sent them an email asking for help. I received a phone call from Alan within 5 minutes of sending the email. Alan asked me questions relating to my needs and told me they could not supply all the services I required. He even recommended companies that could provide the services I required. Within minutes of hanging up I received an email verifying the account cancelation. Absolutely first class and professional service!
