First class service Without much research (other than Trustpilot reviews) I set up an online account with tollfreeforwarding.com. I tried a test call and received fax dial tones. After struggling with the phone interface I sent them an email asking for help. I received a phone call from Alan within 5 minutes of sending the email. Alan asked me questions relating to my needs and told me they could not supply all the services I required. He even recommended companies that could provide the services I required. Within minutes of hanging up I received an email verifying the account cancelation. Absolutely first class and professional service!

Great team support Great team support, all based in California so an easy conversation about needs, changes and updates to platform use. IF I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to update the user interface for managing phone forwarding... it's a bit clunky in design. Stay away from this company Stay away from this company. As soon as you enter your payment information, there is no way to cancel from the website. You have to call them and wait a decade and hear a lot of nonsense but nothing reasonable. I didn't get any answer. Cancel the subscription now, my account number is: 7683351
