Legit. As long as it doesn’t flag you for fraud. First it flagged me for fraud for some reason but after they intervened it worked and the code I received was legitimate.

Great for online gift card purchases. For the most part, I love purchasing my Neocash cards from ScratchMonkeys. However, now and then I’ve had trouble checking out, and have had to repeat the process more than once to complete my transaction.

Purchased 2 codes and they did not… Purchased 2 codes and they did not work. Said error or codes already redeemed. I’m still waiting to get the money refunded and nothing. I sent an email and still no reply from the company. Very bad experience with Scratch Monkeys. Jan 4 update: Received a message from scratch Monkey stating the code is still valid and redeemable. Tried to redeem the codes again today and got a message stating “code is invalid or already redeemed”. Still awaiting my refund and Nothing yet.

I recently tried to purchase something from this site and their automated fraud detection system flagged my account for some reason. I've offered to do manual validation as I'm obviously trying to purchase something and I'm not fraud but Chris from customer service simply said the automated service has the final say and there is no validation.
