GBI think you offer a near excellent… I think you offer a near excellent service. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating is because when credit is purchased online, the balance shown does not reflect the new purchase nor is there any indication that the purchase was successfully completed. One has to logout and login again in order to confirm the purchase and see the new balance.
