Good customer service Order came quickly and Simon helped get us the best price. There was some initial confusion regarding new vs refurbished, but Simon was quite helpful in resolving that.

Just to clarify We received our order at our destination. There was some confusion with the Customs process which had us a bit lost in the process. We were able to clear that ip in a couple of days after sending some documents and paying Custom fees we were not aware of before. All in all, it worked out. I will order with Server link again!
