I love the service ,but some time the… I love the service ,but some time the operator comes on when I am talking to some one in germany and tells me I am out of minutes and hangs up.I am on a monthly account , so that should not happen. Maybe you can fix this problem. thank you

PhoneClub: best all around PhoneClub has the best rates per minute (when last checked). They sent a notification when the rate increased for calls to a particular country. I appreciated their transparency. The option to purchase a low minimum Voice Credit for $2 makes it ideal for a household that calls overseas intermittently. You can access your call records and view balances as well, which I find upfront and legit. After physical phone cards became unavailable, I would pay for International add-on through my plan from time to time. The minimum purchase was $10 which was more than needed. Very glad to have discovered PhoneClub. They've helped us stay connected to an elderly relative overseas.

Good rates, low top-up amounts and decent sound quality Some of the best rates of the market, low top-up amounts available without expiry date and useful functionality like offline calling. The sound quality is between okay and good, but can be a bit inconsistent when using the mobile data/wi-fi. It tends to be more reliable when using the access number(s) (offline calling).
