Fantastic Experience PC shipped and arrived in just a few weeks from purchase. Everything was perfect, and no issues. Even shipped with a free keyboard and mouse. Had an issue with a missing screw to install a SSD drive, but received a response very quickly confirming what to use. One of the best experiences buying a PC. Would highly recommend this company for your next gaming PC.

DON'T BUY FROM SKYTECH GAMING!! You've been warned. I bought a $1,500.00 pre-built Dec.29,2023.. Here it is April 2024 and the device won't load up. I've tried to repair the system(failed), support online (failed), phone support(failed), the guy hung up on me. I've been working on this for about 2weeks. After calling again, I'm now being told I can send it in but will be without it for 1-2 months with no extension to my warranty. I now realize I've mad a pretty bad choice going with Skytech and will continue my business with iBuyPower whom I've had multiple pcs for cheaper prices.

Fast Quality Builds What made my experience with this company great was how easily you can get financed for a pre-build or build your own PC and how quickly from ordering to receiving the product happened. Skytech Gaming allowed me to jump right back into streaming after my stream PC was on its way out to its final resting place. 5/5 for Trustpilot, but I'd rate company 10/10.

Poor customer service. Slow service. Ordered a prebuilt PC and monitor together. Said shipped in 1-5 business days. Friday (four days later) find tracker number (as for some reason they don't email them saying Monday delivery. Great. Monday arrives no PC, only monitor. To boot, they sent the wrong monitor. Call and same as other's complaints saying 10 ahead of you, couple minutes later, 5, then 10, then 4, the 8, then 5. Finally hung up and did chat on website. Confirmed they only shipped monitor and not PC. Let them know they made a mistake said they would email a shipping label to return. 12 hours later still no email. They admitted to mistake but in order for me to get the correct monitor, they will not ship until they receive this one back. Judging by this level of service, I will be without a monitor due to their error for four weeks on an item I could have bought on Amazon with guaranteed two day shipping. Still no tracking number available on PC so it still hasn't shipped a week later.
