Happy customer - but please back to auctions for NFTs I have been a customer for many years and I never get tired of the girls and the format. I like enjoy the games also and am spend a lot of time on discord. I participate in the fan signs when I catch them in time. I have really enjoyed the use of NFTs. My only complaint is that I can no longer participate (except for after the fact on opensea) because my time zone means I am asleep when the drops happen. I would much rather if it went back to the auction format.

The website offered me a free girl that… The website offered me a free girl that I could click on but the link never works. Included this in multiple chats with no help. Emailed support but no reply. Spent 24 credits on the chest game only to receive 1 of 3 keys so I didn't get anything for the credits. At that rate it would take 62 credits to get 3 keys and one chest prize was 20 credits, so a loss of 42 credits at that rate. Also, the latest event is to receive unknown cards at a discount. A card you don't want isn't a good deal, even at a discount. So starting out with multiple bad items.
