GREAT CUTOMERS SERVICE GREAT CUTOMERS SERVICE I recent experienced an issue concerning my order number 1535237 on 01/15/2024 that I paid €35.69 to topup 1,000 UAH but after more than 24/hrs the topup wasn’t received in the corresponding pre-paid mobile number’s account. But with the extreme efforts of Topup.com customers service team the issue was sorted out succeefully on 24/01/2024 and as a gesture of goodwill they refund me the total amount and a topup of €35.69 provide me totally free to make me up. It was turns out that actually there was a technical error by mobile service providers and not in the part of topup.com.

It updates the phone of the person… It updates the phone of the person practically without any delay. The person concerned is also being informed. Too bad some small european providers are not included because of their limited upload protocols.

On the few occasions when it has not gone through, the problem has been in the cellphone company of the receiptient. I have only had a single payment that was "lost"

Trustworthy Hi, i find TopUp.com very reliable, a little expensive but trustworthy. They gave qn offer of 5% discount but it had a very fast expiry date so when i used it... not much later it had expired... A suggestion that it would be nice just to gain credits over time that could be used... a little like kobo bonus points or frequent flier points..... that possibly would give a fairer discount. Thanks.
