GBI got an open box deal on an ASUS… I got an open box deal on an ASUS 2-in-1 laptop. So happy. The touchpad gets screwy sometimes, but that might be a driver issue, not the computer itself. I immediately sent my best friend to get her computer here too. She got a refurbished desktop and she's super happy with it. I'll update if the computer ends up being a dud, but I don't expect that. GBValue Buy Just as described (new open box). Shipping was fast once it shipped. NT had to call and confirm my order. Shipping was delayed because I didn’t answer those calls from an unknown number. Only drawback for me was no mention on product page or site about product warranty. Return policy is clear. Mine came with 3 months left on manufacturer 1 year parts and labor warranty. Bonus I guess.

GBFor some reason the shipping address… For some reason the shipping address showed up wrong. Paypal wanted to blame or the cache or cookies in my browser. I triple checked the address. This is a huge purchase. And Amazon liked to change my shipping address at times. So I really check . N&T Electronics emailed me about the address BEFORE shipping. Do we got it corrected before shipping. I do appreciate it. Thank you
