The product is good The product is good. The problem is that I received the product twice and was damaged both times. It should be shipped in two pieces instead of one piece and then attached together. I decided to just glue it back together.

magnetized cell phone holder is not powerful enough. I hit a pot hole and phone slid right off! I have contacted WixGear to let them know that the magnetized model did not work for me. I would like the same type of dash mount, but with the cell phone clip instead. I was under the impression that they were going to send me a new unit, but haven't heard or received anything......

Product is awesome, Customer service beyond beatable! Product is awesome. Customer service is even better. I couldn't figure out why my product isn't installed correctly. When customer service figured out that my location wasn't too far away from theirs, no other then the company CEO made his way to my car to show me what I was doing wrong.
