As it was automatically taken from my card my bank couldn’t help me get that money back. The guarantee fromTotal block states if you cancel within a month you will get full refund, But after 3 years of them taking money from my bank for no reason I cannot get it back, that surely is fraud, but I can’t get anywhere.
