It's a scam, stay away Tried to order a key, made an account and gave my details. They took the money, blocked the order for 30 minutes then cancelled it with no reason provided. Extremely unprofessional behavior and their support refuses to answer. Complete waste of time. REPLY: yes, because me and my husband were trying to buy the same game, are we the first customers you have ever had that live in the same house? we tried to buy 2 games not your entire stock. And did you have to block our transaction for one hour to find that out? How come you are replying to this review within 5 minutes of it going live while my support ticket is still lying unanswered? You are a scam site, that's why.

Generally smooth experience Managed to buy a game with no issues, all went well generally smoothly. Not sure why they need so many verifications, had to receive a code on both email and phone for the transaction to go ahead. Instructions on how to redeem the code were helpful and code worked, as expected.

Delivered as promised and stood by the transaction, years later! Bought a game in 2019 (activation code on Steam). Then suddenly got a message from Steam in 2022 saying the game had been removed from my inventory. When I contacted Steam support they said the activation key had been revoked by the publisher. Once I informed DLGamer support of the situation, they issued me a replacement key right away. Thanks for standing by your sale!
