Trust concerns Got a working product from the site, but the activation process raised trust concerns. AFTER paying for the key I had to verify my address, my phone number, my Paypal email AND link my game store account to the site for activation without actually receiving any key. The game works, but I feel the procedure is tailored to fish as much information from you as possible. Avoid If you’re privacy sensitive.

Superb customer experience I purchased an item which was incorrectly listed an in effect I got completely different title. I realised only after activating the product and contacted DLGamer. They quickly confirmed an error on their side and refunded my purchase. I will be definitely coming back.

Since the game was able to be bought only one copy per a person, I asked if I could buy 5 more copies of the game. In an hour, they replied and said just buy like that. but it was not possible because checkout system did not allow it. Eventually, I couldn't buy games as I want.

I was initially suspicious but now happy I was initially suspicious by the level of information required for a simple steam code transaction, but I received the ordered keys promptly and they were as ordered. While a high level of security was required (needing a code sent by text) this has in hindsight reassured me of the site's legitimacy.
