Impressive Customer Service I was impressed by the following when I reached out about an expired promotion: My request was responded to within one day The rep was happy to extend the promotion for me because of my request and clearly communicated what I needed to do to in order to get the promotion. The rep followed up with me without me having to ask for follow up and ensured that I had what I needed. Gunnar's customer service made me a lifelong customer!

Good Product, Bad Communication The prices and quality of the glasses were good. I got just what I ordered and the prescription was good. What I didn't enjoy, however, was the lack of communication. It took 4 weeks to receive my product, and reached out several times for updates with no response. When I finally did get an email back, I was told I would get an email with tracking info but didn't get anything until my glasses showed up at my door. If this is fixed I would highly recommend people to shop here.
